Sponsoring the 2025  ONE RUN FOR MS

In the vast expanse of Iceland, where glaciers meet rugged landscapes and the Northern Lights dance across the sky, I am embarking on a 1400-kilometer run around the Ring Road. This journey is a powerful statement of determination, resilience, and a commitment to fighting multiple sclerosis (MS).

Multiple sclerosis is a complex autoimmune disease that affects the central nervous system, causing a wide range of debilitating symptoms. My run aims to raise awareness and funds for MS research, education, and support programs. Each kilometer symbolizes the uphill battle faced by those living with MS and their hope for a brighter future.

I invite you to join me as a sponsor, not just as a financial supporter but as a vital partner in this cause. Your sponsorship will be prominently featured throughout the journey, reaching a diverse audience locally and globally through social media updates, live tracking, and media coverage. This visibility will associate your brand with a story of courage and compassion, creating a lasting impact.

Consumers today value brands that engage in social responsibility. By aligning with the fight against MS, you demonstrate a commitment to making a positive impact, strengthening brand loyalty, and enhancing your corporate image. Involve your team in this journey, fostering a sense of community and pride within your organization.

Partnering with me provides a unique opportunity to showcase your brand as a socially conscious entity dedicated to positive change. Let’s turn each kilometer into a step towards a world free from MS, transforming lives and rekindling hope. Join me on this extraordinary journey, and together, let’s make MS a thing of the past.

The story that triggered this run

In 2022, I ran from Montréal to Quebec City to support Malik, a five-year-old battling leukemia. My dear friend Sophie accompanied me, offering unwavering support without complaint or judgment. After the 270 km run, she hugged me and said, “now I understand why you do these charity events.”

The next day, Sophie asked if I wanted to run another event with her. We planned our next adventure in Iceland. Tragically, Sophie passed away unexpectedly on November 18, 2022, before we could embark on this journey together.

Sophie, despite her battle with multiple sclerosis, was a beacon of strength and inspiration, working tirelessly as a specialized nurse practitioner. To honor her, I will the Icelandic Ring Road  to raise awareness and funds for MS. I will carry a sample of her ashes around my neck and bury it at the finish line, symbolically completing our journey together.
